Mike and his team are a rarity in this space. He is honest, high integrity, a great communicator and fair. I highly recommend the True North Restoration team. Mike communicated and documented the entire process so we had photos and videos of all the spaces treated. His team was efficient and showed great respect for our home. Mike updated our invoice from the initial quote to reflect the actual work done because it was less than expected. 10/10- you won’t be disappointed.

Mike and his team did an excellent job cleaning out our air ducts. We had hired another company previously who did not do a thorough job. We were very happy to have it done correctly by a professional and knowledgeable team.

We recently discovered shoddy ductwork from an unknown contractor 4 1/2 years after buying our home in Clearwater Beach. It wasn’t suspended in most places, draped over trusses, lying on top of each other, causing extreme condensation which saturated the insulation, created mold, & partly filled some ducts with water. My HVAC company gave me the best recommendation ever with True North Restoration of Tampa, a family owned, local business. I’d already had 2 companies come out that scared and pressured me into signing a contract on the spot. Mike provided me with a plan and was in contact with me throughout the entire process, on site many times. True North has experienced and professional employees. We were extremely pleased with Luis and Evans, who showed up on time, were very accommodating working into the Thanksgiving holiday, explained each step of the mold remediation process, took photographs to show me, and worked efficiently to get the job completed in a tight schedule. It was an involved and unpleasant project, but made so much better working with Mike and True North. Last but hardly least, they are honest and very fair! Highly recommend!!

When we learned our children’s childhood nanny had flooded during hurricane Milton, we knew helping her restore her home was going to be a mountainous task. Not having flood insurance was going to require the expertise and generosity of others. True North Restoration Tampa Bay, along with a team that came down from the Omaha, NE location, played a pivotal role in making restoration a reality. They showed up on the scene after a group of volunteers had done all they could do. They offered to step in to adequately address the water and mold remediation needs. They are a true stand up company that has went above and beyond our expectations. We also had Mike from True North Tampa Bay advise and assist with work on some issues at our personal home and we’re very pleased with his knowledge and the work done, including the affordability. Can't recommend them enough!

Mike and Luis were great to work with. Mike was responsive and communicative throughout scheduling and follow-up, and Luis was a rockstar onsite: professional, respectful of the home, and thorough. They explained what they were doing and kept things clean during the process. Really appreciate the service and would use them again.
