I had a great experience with Tesson Roofing, and specifically with Caleb Brooks. Caleb was very cordial and professional, and he was clearly knowledgeable about the products that Tesson offered. But I was further impressed with how much he knew about the roofing industry at large - demonstrating his familiarity with new products and best practices. Caleb came out to give an estimate for my 88 year old mom's house (I was helping her to get some new roof estimates from a few contractors in the STL area). Of all of the estimates we'd received, Calebs was by far the most detailed and thorough. Furthermore, he presented multiple estimate options across different products, and with/without new gutters. It was the perfect amount of information: enough that I could make an informed decision, but not too much to overwhelm me (or, more importantly, my 88 year old mother!). One last bonus - Caleb even took time to clear some leaves and sticks that had accumulated on parts of her roof once he was up there to complete the roof inspection. Truly the definition of "above and beyond." If I owned my own business, I would hire Caleb in a heartbeat - you "just know" a great employee when you see/meet one! Tesson Roofing is great company for ur home improvement needs, hands down! Due to the hail storm back in March, it was recommended to replace our roof, gutters and siding. From beginning to end, Landon always communicated what to expect throughout the process so we were never left wondering. He was very nice, informative, helpful, and professional. Throughout the process of the replacement, Landon, Chase and Ethan all stopped by several times to make sure everything was going as planned. The crew was also friendly. Everything just got finished yesterday and we couldn’t be happier with how it looks. Thank you to Tesson for doing such a wonderful facelift to our home!

After the March storms, Tesson has already replaced my roof, fascia, and guttering. This week it was time for the siding. I had the pleasure of having Carlos and his crew at my home. This crew was amazing. I found them to be extremely professional and meticulous. They transformed my 27 yr old home from white to Harvard slate. Thanks again Carlos and crew! ***Update*** Today I had the pleasure of meeting a young man named Ethan. He was one of the project managers assigned to follow up on the job. He was here to pick up the unused materials. While here he walked the property, took photos and notes, even retrieved nails from the roof. Ethan heard my concerns. After 40 years working within customer service, you recognize this attribute and Ethan has great customer service skills (listening, empathy, attention to detail and commitment to follow up).

I can’t explain how amazing the Tesson Roofing team has been. We were impacted by the March storms and while it could have been worse, the damage was necessary for repair. They were quick to come out and assess, Conor and the team have been easy to work with and helpful going back and forth with insurance. While we’re still in the process, I have to say I’m very thankful for the crews who were kind, did amazing work, the responsiveness and communication. Highly recommend and will continue to patronize this business!

Our house took a lot of damage after one of the tornadoes in March. We had so many companies tell us they were too busy, not show up or just never call us back. Tesson was also very busy at that time but assured us we would not be forgotten. They stood by that and we chose them to do our repairs. We replaced all of our siding, roof, gutters, and some fascia. They did a fantastic job! It looks better than I even thought it would and all seems to be done correctly. Everyone we worked with was a pleasure to talk to and very professional. Jake and Ethan did a great job communicating with us and making sure our needs were met. Jake helped me narrow down the color I was looking for and sent me photos of another house with that color so I could really visualize it on mine. We had a small repair to be made afterwards and Jake responded immediately and it was taken care of right away. Ethan and the crew all did a fabulous job on the house itself and all were very professional and polite. I would recommend Tesson to everyone.
