Sutton’s installed a new gutter system for us, including gutter guards after my husband had an accident cleaning them out. The sales rep, Chris, was knowledgeable, generous of his time and answered all our questions. Brianna kept us informed about when our project would start, considering the winter weather we’ve had. The work crew was here on time, and were quite efficient. I should have watched a bit closer, as I didn’t realize they were installing seamless gutters, which will last longer than ones with pre-determined lengths that must be cut and sealed. They even tried to clean out a completely clogged drain, but were unsuccessful. We knew that 80 year old drain was probably unfixable. I was surprised when Hector contacted me to walk around the project and answer any lingering questions I might have had and to personally make sure I was satisfied with their workmanship. I am! Over the years I’ve had work done by Suttons. Most recently I had the garage door frame replaced due to termite damage, a roof torn off and replaced due to leaks and drywall repair. I have only good things to say about the team at Suttons. Their office responds quickly to any communications and in a professional manner. The work ethic is exceptional as well as the quality of work. They arrive when they say, focus on the job, and properly clean up in an 8 hour timeframe. Having said that, there are times when things don’t go as they should such as undiscovered roof leaks. Suttons swooped in and replaced about a third of my roof immediately, eliminating any leaks. Not only did they replace the roof, they came in and repaired the ceiling damage at no cost. A $4000 job. The damage was there prior to new roof (the reason for the new roof) but because the ceiling still leaked and caused further damage Suttons took it upon themselves to do the repair. Kudos to Drew, Betty and Kyle for a job well done. Special shout out to Kyle for coming back to install my kitchen light…twice after the ceiling repair since I put it together wrong. Most important kudos to Rich! He managed the roof repair in a professional and gracious manner with no push back. Quality of work is important, but what is just as important is owning your work and standing by it which Suttons does. Suttons may cost a little bit more but what you get in return is a solid guarantee of a job well done. I appreciate everyone that came together to remedy the project and I look forward to doing more work with Suttons and especially with Rich. Next I plan to have my master bath remodeled…. I will keep you posted.

The person I had to deal with, I'll call him C, is unprofessional, greedy, and inconsiderate. C went out of his way to get my business. At first, he responded promptly to questions and came to my house quickly when needed. I had never filed an insurance claim before, so I had no idea what to expect. He told me things that weren't true, so that I would sign with his company. As soon as the contract was signed and he collected the money, it became impossible to get ahold of him. I began only contacting him through text messages, so that I had documentation that he was not responding to me. For almost a year, he completely brushed me aside. I repeatedly asked him for updates on a time table; to which he never gave me. The following, which I have proof of, is the long list of excuses he gave me when I would ask for updates: I'm busy. Sutton's did a great job bringing our vision to life for our screened in porch. Melissa was knowledgeable, professional and timely to work with. The guys on the job were very helpful and worked to get the room finished to our expectations. We are loving our new addition!

My house looks incredible, like an entirely new home! Such an amazing before and after. My project manager, Josh, made me feel like we were in great hands. Everyone we worked with throughout the process was incredibly kind and helpful. I will work with Sutton’s again!

It took me over a year to decide Suttons was who I wanted. It was one of my better life decisions! Mike was my initial contact. He was great to work with. When the project started Adam was the project manager. I felt like I was his only customer. After an initial hiccup, he went above and beyond. I was left with a perfect product, exactly as I had imagined it. The crew was so hard working and their work was high quality; very meticulous and precise. I will use Sutton's again. (I wish I had used them previously on another big project I had!)
