We had a great experience with Stay Dry Roofing! Trevor and his team truly went above and beyond. Trevor is very pleasant and knowledable gentleman who was able to give us peace of mind but answering all of our questions throughly and showing up whenever we needed him during the entire process. We were informed during each step and he and his team gave us great peace of mind as we navigated the insurance process. We chose to pay out of pocket, but the price was very reasonable and by the end, we had no worries whatsoever about the craftsmanship or products used on our home. Trevor was there during installation and afterwards made sure our home was free of debris and nails. The install was fast and they made sure to clean up well. We have already passed on Stay Dry's information to friends and family and won't call anyone else in the future. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

Yoandy (the estimator) was very kind, punctual, and efficient. He also seemed trustworthy, which was the biggest reason I chose Stay Dry for our job. There was a slight miscommunication about types of shingles, but both Yoandy and Daniel (the owner) fixed it right away. Daniel seems to treat his workers great — they all have wonderful things to say about him! Uli (the office manager) has been very accommodating to us, even when we showed up to the office earlier than we were supposed to and interrupted her lunch! She walked us through everything and even was nice enough to let us come back and re-sign part of our contract I wanted changed. Kevin (the project manager) is friendly, and so far I haven’t had any issues! The workers are currently pulling our roof off now. They are extremely polite and professional, asking if it’s ok to park in our yard and they are very quiet as compared to some crews I have seen doing work in other neighborhoods. Pictures below include Stay Dry working on our roof, the before photo, and the after photo. My husband and I are extremely impressed with the work — looks great! I received a call from an engineering firm t today (same day job was started and finished) that does a wind inspection of the roof (so separate inspection from the city/county), courtesy of Stay Dry Roofing. It is definitely a plus that they offer a second inspection! So far, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof! 10/10 for everything so far!
I am very pleased with my new roof from Stay Dry Roofing. I started the process in March. They got back to me within 24 hours and were the only company of the first ones I contacted to get back to me. It took me a bit to finally get more estimates. Stay Dry wasn't the least expensive or the most expensive, but they were the ones that explained things the best, included everything I was requesting that my insurance company said would help bring down or give me discounts on the cost of insurance. Other companies were like we don't do that or they would subcontract and the cost would not be part of their estimate and I would have to pay the subcontractor. It took me a little longer to get my financing, but once I did, the contract was signed and my new roof was in place before June. I will repeat the delays were on my end not Stay Dry My new roof was completed in the amount of time they promised. They were very respectful of my property and I feel my neighbors. They laid a tarp on one of my neighbors side yard and made sure it was clean when they left. On my side they did the same. I'm glad I went with Stay Dry for my new roof.
Stay Dry did my whole roof 10 years ago, and we've been dry as a bone since, through multiple hurricanes. Now we've moved, and hired Stay Dry to make a few small flashing repairs the buyer requested, which they did quickly and affordably. Stay Dry is the best. Don't even bother calling another roofer.
Update: Owner immediately apologized for this incident, rando guy left his card behind sticky note, ripped off my paint, (YG initials of roof consultant) but lucky for him I’m tearing down my porch so i don’t care about that. Thank you to owner Daniel for immediately stopping in to rectify the matter. I’m updating for now. OG post: Rando guy stops, sees my no soliciting sign on my porch, proceeds to leave a passive aggressive post-it saying I need a new roof, well I have a super low pitch roof, you can’t see much from the road, and just had it replaced 4 years ago, so maybe this guys needs his eyes checked if he can’t read my sign nor see the roof to determine I need a new roof. Definitely won’t ever be using this company.
