Drain cleaning went well. The tech- Roderick was professional and did a good job. Great maintenance advice was provided. At a cost of $389, I felt price was a bit steep. Also no receipt was provided- I will need to call office for a receipt for the service.

Grossly overcharged last year for a different part last year. They made correction after she said they charged for wrong part. They quoted me $1400 for control panel this year. Can't get call back from Veronica or any one else. Sent them a review with all details and will continue to give all other reviews so other consumers can be aware.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't here to "just do the job the ticket said". He asked lots of questions to understand the underlying issue and come up with the right solution. The ultimate fix ended up being more cost effective for this repair than I ultimately thought was needed and further earned the trust of Hope Plumbing to earn our business on some electrical work. I truly respect and appreciate this approach and, as in my own career, believe that doing right by the client results in long-term loyalty.

He came not only to fix my air condition problem, but to listen and make sure I was understood as a customer. Hats off to this young and for his kindness and value of the customer!!!
