We cannot say enough good things about Ruby Electric. They responded to our electrical problem in a very timely manner getting our power restored to our home. Their personnel were prompt, professional, thorough, and courteous.

I only left a 5-star review because 6 stars wasn’t an option. Unbelievably fast, courteous and fair priced. Great people.

I had a bathroom light off. They came and said the connection was lose and fixed it. They charged $210 for this 15 minute job. $110 service call minimum plus $100 for additional labour which is for the travel expenses of the technician. When I called them and asked what the additional $100 is for they were very rude and called me names and used swearwords and insisted that they charge $100 for the travel of their technicians. Be aware that they charge $100 for travel expenses of their technician for a 15 minute job.

We are very happy that we called Ruby Electric for taking care of some issues that we had in our home. They were very responsive in both giving us a quote and completing the work. Called Ruby electric for some faulty outlets, I was told someone would be by before the day was over. No one showed up, but it was worth the wait. I called back the next day and had Chad come over and service my home. I explained the issue to Chad and with surgical precision he knocked out my issue with ease. Knew exactly what he was looking for and executed it very quickly. Would highly recommend Ruby electrical and Chad for sure. If they can't get to you that day definitely give them another shot. Worth the wait!!
