I am forever appreciative foe them! Service was great! Rhonda was wonderful and the guys were patient and educational. They helped replace an o LLLLLLLD water heater for lesser than competitors, fixed water pressure and helped work thru the entire process. Thank you.

We had our basement drain back up during a heavy rain just days before we were scheduled for a trip out of the country. A mess. Rick Ray & Sons was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly (near total block of line) before we left on our trip, giving us great peace of mind. Courteous, competent and prompt. Even saved the sod for replacement--looks neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

I decided to re-do my own shower. I mis-installed the new hardware. Long story short, I had to turn off the water for the whole house to stop the gushing. Well, they showed up, solved the issues (including extending one of the pipes). They also had time to add valve levers to pipes so I don’t have to shit off the entire house’s water supply in the future. Though I know it’s not ready yet for use (need to grout, add the plate around the handle piece, etc.). they managed the problem and gave me explicit directions on how to finish up the plumbing once it’s time. They had great attitudes, laughed at my ridiculous jokes, and were clearly very skilled.

After dealing with the Great Basement Flood of 2026, we were incredibly grateful for the help we received from Rick Ray & Sons. When I saw a Rick Ray & Sons truck at a neighbor’s house across the street, I flagged him down as he was leaving, hoping he might be able to work us into his day. Shane was more than willing to help. What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond and focused on helping us solve the problem. He quickly fixed the issue and also took the time to offer a recommendation that will make future clean-outs much easier. Shane was kind, personable, friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. As an added bonus, he’s a dog person and took plenty of time to say hello to our two dogs, who immediately decided he was their new best friend. Outstanding service and a genuinely good person. We couldn’t be more appreciative and will absolutely call Rick Ray & Sons again in the future.

Ameren detected a few gas leaks that I had. I called Rick Ray & Sons and they were out very quickly to check it out. Jonny took a look at the issues, quoted me a price and got them fixed right away. I would definitely use them again
