Ken was extremely professional and thorough. He clearly explained the issue, walked me through the diagnostic process step by step, and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. He answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I fully understood the scope of work. I never felt rushed or pressured — just well informed. He represented the company very well.

Spoke to the owner and he said this is normal $4,000 for a job that the employee said that would only take an hour and a half if they'd had the parts and the parts couldn't have been but about $500 but we were charged $4,000 to my 81-year-old mom an elderly that's on a fixed income who this company took advantage of. Look at the pictures the before and after that I'm posting this company is a rip off be aware. They sat and waited on parts for two hours. They may be installed a 3-ft piece of pipe. Even the neighbors looked at it and says wow you got ripped off.

I had an incredible experience with this plumbing company. They truly went above and beyond in every way. The owner personally stepped in and even offered free labor to help resolve the issue, which saved me thousands of dollars. Not only were they honest and professional, but the quality of their work was excellent. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done right. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers the way they do. I am extremely grateful for their help and integrity. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumbing services.

I had a pair of leaking hot water valves in my kitchen. I called Pristine at 2 am after giving up on fixing it myself. They sent Derrick at about 9:15 am and he had it fixed within an hour. Life saver. He wore the booties and was very kind and not condescending at all. $540 in total, which is about what I expected and worth every penny.

Pristine Plumbing was called to my house in January 2026 as we were not getting any hot water in our home. We were told the thermocouple and another part needed to be replaced, and we agreed to the repair. Using their recommended credit company, we financed the $1103.00 repair. The following day the parts were replaced and immediately following the repair anytime hot was in use our home smelled of natural gas, so we called Pristine Plumbing back out to our home to determine the source of the leak. We were then told that a separate part of the water heater was out of code and needed to be replaced, also telling us the gas leak had nothing to do with the recent repair. We were told it was going to be ~$550 for the new repair. We asked to finance again and was told the minimum

We cannot say enough good things about Pristine Plumbing. They replaced our main sewer line and went above and beyond in every possible way. Their crew was respectful, thoughtful, and the hardest-working group we’ve ever had at our home. They dealt with one of the worst sewer lines they’ve probably ever seen and never once cut corners. They worked through every challenge and kept us informed the entire time. They even dug up flowers and trees with care and replanted a tree when they were finished. And now we have the most perfectly working sewer line ever! Top-notch work and even better people. Highly highly recommend!!
