Dwayne was awesome. He was great in dealing my with insurance company, plus he created an amazing plan to fix the problem area of my roof. The crew was great and quick.

Paul, Courtland, and their team did a fantastic job helping us get a beautiful new roof installed for our home. This was a job I put off for a long time because I was dreading the process, but they made it simple. They helped walk me through getting the new roof covered by insurance and when it was time to install the roof everything was thorough and professional. They even helped replace wood sections underneath the old shingles that required repair. Easily five stars.

The experience, so far, with Jordan and Priority has been nothing but professional. Jordan really helped and took the time to explain the process, listen to my concerns, help manage the claim and took care of all the resulting items to complete the roof replacement. Always quick to respond to a question and even helped my son-in-law get his roof replacement. And my son said the same thing. Great Experience!!!

I don't leave many reviews, but this company absolutely earned one. From the very first conversation through the final walkthrough, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Replacing a roof is a big investment, and I had a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process. Every single one was answered thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. The communication was excellent, the crew worked hard, and the quality of the workmanship speaks for itself. They treated our home with respect, kept the job site clean, and made what could have been a stressful project feel easy. What impressed me most was the level of customer service. It's rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism, honesty, responsiveness, and quality work, but that's exactly what we experienced. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would confidently recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.
