I recently used O’laughlin Plumbing to have an electric water heater replaced. They were lovely to work with. Someone answered everytime I called. I didn’t have to play phone tag once. The staff at O’laughlin communicated well via phone and email, and showed up when they said they would.

Very easy to deal with and responsive. Did a water heater replacement at reasonable cost compared to several other companies. Plumber arrived on time, personable, professional and efficient. Installation was very smooth. I would definitely use them again!

Neil, the service manager, knows his stuff and is one of the most responsive vendor partner that I have ever worked with. Highly recommend for professional results.

We are so fortunate that O. J. Laughlin has been our plumber for years. We have used them for multiple projects and repairs. Every time a technician comes to the house, we end up asking about an additional small issue and they take the time to look and repair it if they can. They are always professional, on time, and respectful of our property. I must give a special shout-out to Neil, the Service Manager, who is always willing to work with us when we need service scheduled for a particular date and time. He goes out of his way to accommodate our request even if it may not be the most convenient to his scheduling. It is hard to find a reliable plumber and I'm glad we never have to question the service we will get with O. J. Laughlin. I can't speak highly enough of this company.

We have used OJ Laughlin for three different jobs over the last year and all have been excellent experiences. Carter is the man. He’s on time, works quickly, and most importantly, is a total pro at his job. We’ll keep coming back to this group, and I’ll keep asking for Carter!
