Cant thank this company enough. Im selling my house and needed a few items done in a hurry. I called and J E Redington had someone out within the hour. Everything was done sameday, the pricing was unbeatable, and the plumbers Rob and Patrick did a great job.

Wonderful emergency service for burst water pipes! Redington got back to me within 15 minutes And my plumber Austin (with assistance from Connor) was amazing. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Rings for a bit, then hangs up. Early on a Monday afternoon. Never was able to get in touch with them. Too bad as they came with a nice recommendation.

DIY homeowner who decided to remodel my hall bathroom and master bathroom myself. After getting several bids from plumbers who didn’t even provide bids for work I requested, I decided to go with J. E. Redington for the hall bathroom. Initial work looked fine, but when I took a shower in the my newly completed bathtub/shower, the tub spout leak and the drain leaked. The plumber who showed up to fix the leaks, tried to say the drain leak was my fault because I had “ordered the wrong drain.” However, the plumber who had done the original work ordered the drain from a local plumbing supply after he said the drain I had ordered wouldn’t work. Even though I told this to the plumber who fixed the drain, when I called the office about final payment of my bill, they said the same thing: it was my fault because I had ordered the wrong drain. They did end up acknowledging that they had ordered the drain and gave me credit on my final bill, but I considered it highly unprofessional that it took several complaints from me for them to acknowledge this. I give them three stars because after some minor frustration, my bathroom is now complete and I have not had additional leaks. I did not hire them for the master bathroom and will not hire them for future work.

I had JE Redington replace an expansion tank on my hot water heater. The tech, Henry, was professional and did good work. When I first got the invoice, I had to contact them as some of the items didn't seem right. Fortunately, they were willing to work with me to resolve the issue.
