Waited most of the day. Cleared cabinet for the plumber. He checked his computer. Told me the cost of replacing the faucet that I purchased. 675.00 for fixing a dripping faucet. I told him to forget it I wasn’t paying that much to repair a dripping faucet. He was very nice explains why the cost . I paid the 129.00 for the service fee . For doing absolutely nothing. Will promise you won’t be calling you ever again. 675.00 way too much for 1hr. 1/2 to change a faucet out Highway robbery. A bunch of scammers . I live on social security Don’t have that kind of income to pay that prices.

We had a sewage ejector pump crap out on us and flooded our basement. HRI responded promptly and Angel came out and did the work. We were so thankful! They saved us since we were planning on going out of town over Thanksgiving and stressed about everything. We were so pleased with the service we received. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with HRI. Our well pump went out without warning and Amanda at the call center made sure we had a plumber out ASAP. John was our plumber and he was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We had running water again in no time. Highly recommend!
