This was the second time Dante was at our home. He was not able to complete the tune up the first time because it began to rain. We recommend Dante without hesitation. He is professional, courteous, conscientious, kind, and thorough. He was really a joy to work with. He is 5 stars all the way! This is also true working with Hiller too. On 4/17/26 I smelled gas in the house after work. I called the utility company and they came out and confirmed a leak. Hiller came out and said they would return the next day and try to locate the leak. A tech came out on 4/18 and said he could not find a leak in the line and opted to run a new line from the line outside to the water heater and then have someone else come out and run a line from the water heater to the furnace. Today 5/15/26 we could smell sulphur again. Called the utility company and they say that gas leak is coming from the furnace and it is continuously leaking gas. Billy from Hiller came out today for a service call, and even though we got the bad news that our whole HVAC system needs to be replaced, he made the experience so much easier. He was kind, professional, and extremely thorough. He took the time to patiently walk us through all of our options without making us feel pressured, and he answered every question we had. He also worked quickly to get someone out to quote us for a new system right away. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and doing the job right. We really appreciated his honesty and great customer service.

James Galindo is a true professional. He assessed the problem, discovered two bad breaks in my residence drain line (lateral), and instructed the Hiller team this can be fixed using the trenchless liner technology. I am impressed with the knowledge James has about fluid flow and the mechanics involved with properly designed laterals. He convinced me this method will be the optimal, most cost effective fix. The results are epic. My drain line is completely operational and working like new. James and his team cleared the complete line from under the house to the main sewer and installed the trenchless liner that repaired two different breaks in the same lateral. I was not present at the job site when the work was completed but felt confident that the work would be done right by James. Throughout the job, James went above and beyond making sure I was kept in the loop, He took the time to communicate to me all the steps involved and shared with me a video showing the repaired lateral. Thanks to James Galindo and his team, Hiller plumbing is now my go to plumbing service. I highly recommend asking for James and his team for any of your plumbing needs, big or small. I certainly will for now on.

We had a great experience with Jeff. He fixed our older AC unit. He was easy to talk to and was very helpful. I highly recommend Hiller! It was so much better than our previous AC company!!!
