We had a clogged drain in our laundry room. Called Gravity Drain Services and they were out in just a few hours. Levi was friendly and quick to fix the issue! He gave me some good advice moving forward. Thank you Levi and thank you Gravity Drain for being reasonable! We will definitely call you for all our plumbing needs and will request Levi!

I had utilized another service provider prior, who was able to complete a partial part of the problem. Levi fixed the ENTIRE problem. His expertise was immediately apparent. He cleared the line from my house to the sewer main — fast and efficient. He explained every step of the process so I always knew what was going on, and his professionalism made the whole experience stress-free. I am a PM for a national construction company. We completed a restoration/full rebuild on a house and while preparing for final inspection, realized that the lateral to the street was plugged with roots and old dry grease from the kitchen. The floor drain started backing up and we were about to have serious damage to the newly build home. I contacted Gravity Drain Services, and they immediately sent Chris. Chris went to work and "hammered away" at this blockage for a little more than 3 hours. He never gave up and seriously saved our hide! Once again, great service by Gravity. They impressed me on a memorable first visit on Christmas Eve afternoon several years ago when few were open, and impressed still today. I had a bad clog in kitchen sink, and came up with a solution in the end for a permanent fix that saved me thousands of dollars. Great expertise and service. As a direct result of this service, we are now required to hire another plumbing company to correct damage and resolve a condition that was materially worsened during Gravity Drain and Sewer’s work. On January 16, we experienced a drain backup in our garage and contacted Gravity Drain and Sewer based on availability. The technician assessed the issue as grease buildup and represented that it would be a routine and brief augering service. During the process, increasing force was applied to the cable, which ultimately became lodged in the line. The technician was unable to retrieve it despite repeated attempts and contacted his supervisor. At that point, we were informed that the issue was due to a “bad pipe” and that all responsibility for repair would be ours, although the company stated they would remove their equipment. Because the company could not return over the weekend while we were out of state, we were left without functional kitchen drainage. When service resumed the following Monday with an additional technician, they again failed to remove the cable and instead cut the line. We were then advised that the only remedy was extensive excavation at our expense. Over the next several days, we made multiple documented attempts to speak with a supervisor or reach a resolution. Responses were delayed. When contact was finally made, management stated the cable would be removed for an additional $800, presented as a concession compared to a possible $7,000 charge. We declined to pay further fees to remedy damage caused during their service but agreed to pay the original service charge. Following this, we were told the company would take no further action and were explicitly informed that we could leave negative reviews if we wished. Subsequent evaluation by other licensed plumbing professionals indicated that the cable used was undersized for the line and that its use likely contributed to the escalation of the problem. We sought a reasonable and accountable resolution; none was offered.
