I highly recommend GNV Heating & Air! They installed a new furnace, A/C, and water heater for me at two different properties and did an excellent job from start to finish. The workmanship was high quality, everything was installed professionally, and the team was knowledgeable, reliable, and respectful throughout the process. It’s hard to find contractors who consistently deliver great service, and GNV exceeded expectations. Very happy with the results and would absolutely use them again.

We recently had a pipe burst, and the HVAC was part of the damage to our basement. We worked with GNV Heating & Air, and the entire service experience was absolutely fantastic. They arrived quickly, they gave me a clear easy assessment, then went to work with amazing efficiency and thorough follow-through. The whole time, they kept us constantly and thoroughly communicated so we knew exactly what to expect. I wish all the service folks we deal with could operate like GNV, so professional and enjoyable to deal with!! They were great with our kids and our dogs - they were kind of sad to see them leave. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Repair technician Josh came out for a yearly furnace maintenance. He was on time and very polite. He was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Overall excellent service and will be recommending him to friends and family.
