Well, it's never a good day when you have foundation issues, but if you do, FRS is who you want to call. We originally had a structural engineer out to our home for an unrelated issue, but while he was here, he noted a leaning foundation wall. We called FRS and one of their Field Inspectors, Corey Billingsley, came out. He spent hours going around with laser levels taking measurements, asking questions, and answering ours (and we asked a lot). He then sat down and explained what products and methods they use and gave us an estimate for fixing the foundation wall plus replacing some beam columns - which we requested due some issues with our home's steel beam. It was a great experience and Corey was great to work with! Throughout the course of the project, I talked to him several times and even had him come out again to double check something. It was a three day job and the crew that came onsite - Marland, Ray D., and David Z. - were also great. They were professional and knowledgeable and made sure they kept me up-to-speed on everything as it progressed. They had to do a bit of demo with drywall and take up some floor, and they were surgical about it and cleaned up the mess as they went. I would look over the work every once in awhile, and if they were nearby, they would explain the next steps. I asked Marland a hundred questions, which he patiently answered, and we talked about the work and what the goal was, and he asked me for my preference on things whenever there were options. Overall, I can't say enough positive things. Between the staff, the product, quality of work, and the cost - the financing options were a deal-maker for us - it was a great experience!

We had 6 piers put in outside . Our house is on a slab . They had to cut into our patio and we expected to notice but didn't think it would look as bad as it does . They used a jackhammer instead of a saw and it cracked the concrete . Cracking , jagged edge instead of smooth around edges . They had to poly fill inside our home . We had to remove furniture and all laminate wood flooring . Our first and biggest concern was our radiant floor heating system . They assured us they have a company come in and locate the lines. They assured on the sale and the locator assured . They hit a line on second hole they drilled . Then as water was leaking and my husband was figuring out how to shut system down and drain all the water lines they told him they aren't responsible . WHAT!!! ??? They had him sign a waiver release AFTER they ruined our system and while he was dealing with the water lines to continue their work or they would shut it all down and we would be left with a hole in floor water shooting out and not fixing our sinking slab and walk away in middle of job . Then while husband was draining lines they had a poly fill accident in our dining room . Poly fill sprayed on walls . Stone fireplace , wooden doors and barn wood we have on walls and sliding glass window . Looks like they tried to wipe because as you see in pics it's all smeared . They didn't tell him that happened . Nothing is now removing this and I have emailed and texted and nobody is really helping us . Our already expensive foundation issue is now going to be worse with all the repainting . New floors we will have to now get. The loss of our expensive floor heating system , And no idea how to get it off barn wood and wood doors. This is awful and causing lots of added stress and money . The more we find we will let you know . Update: It has been 5 weeks . They did have company repair floor heat at 41/2 weeks after . But they havnt repaired or done anything else and left us with the other issues still and now we have huge holes in our living room amd kitchen not repaired yet and havnt replaced our tile floor and offered to buy us paint for their accident for walls . Yet still have patio cracked and poly fill on walls door barn wood on wall and stone fireplace and fire box . We live here and we still dont have furniture back because they havnt fixed holes . And General manager still has not contacted us . Another update: We are now at 7 weeks and they did fix our patio and they did fill in the 5 inch deep holes in our kitchen and livingroom. But our ceramic tile floors are still not fixed and our floors are still ruined amd the kitchen floor is awful from when they punctured the radiant floor heat and had to drill into floor to fix where they hit it amd left us with completely ruined floor that we deal with every day because it is quite obvious they ruined it . I will add pictures . They still havnt cleaned up where they sprayed polyfill. Walls . Door, fireplace , ceiling . Getting no response on this from them. We would really love for them to get our house back so we can get back to living in our home . Check pics on our kitchen floor that we are living with very sharp edges . This is awful! Everyone that comes to our home is shocked when they see this.
Had 13 piers placed around my house 2 weeks ago and not gonna lie this is a very big nerve racking job when it is on your home. Made me very anxious, however Drake Johnson Jason Koch Taylor braswell Made a good team and was very reassuring the entire time and worked very hard in the cold temps to get things done and to explain to me the step by step process. I could not have asked for a better team of guys to do the job!! If you are needing this big of a project I would highly recommend!
I recently had my crawlspace sealed and wrapped by Foundation Recovery Systems, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The transformation has been nothing short of amazing. Before the project, my crawlspace was a damp, humid mess. Now, it's as dry as a bone, and I'm able to use it for storage, which has been a fantastic bonus. The installation crew, Nate H and John M, were outstanding. They were the consummate professionals—punctual, courteous, and incredibly clean. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of their work. They installed a French drain, a dehumidifier, and a sump pump, and the quality of the installation was top-notch. What's more, the project was completed exactly as quoted, with no surprise costs. The system has already been put to the test with heavy rains, and it has performed flawlessly. If you're dealing with a wet or humid crawlspace, I wholeheartedly recommend Foundation Recovery Systems. Their work is thorough, their pricing is reasonable, and the peace of mind they provide is priceless.
I cannot recommend Foundation Recovery Systems enough! Luke, JT, and Brian went absolutely above and beyond on my foundation project. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past, but this team was truly a cut above. They treated my home with care, completed the work on time, and left everything cleaner than I expected. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail gave me total confidence that my foundation is secure for the long term. If you’re looking for foundation repair, basement waterproofing, wall stabilization, or drainage solutions in the St. Louis or Illinois area, I highly recommend calling Foundation Recovery Systems. Ask for Luke, JT, and Brian — they set the standard for what great customer service and craftsmanship should be. This is the kind of experience every homeowner hopes for but rarely gets. I’m beyond grateful I chose them!
