Very professional- from consult to installation. We required critical planning on our underground gas line patio project. They customized the parts to ensure the capabilities were sufficient for what we wanted to do. Jason is the most amazing plumber my husband and I have ever encountered! I was extremely distraught over the drain pipe issue in our garage and am recovering from being in the hospital. He managed to put me at ease in minutes. I rarely feel comfortable with strangers in my home but his knowledge and professionalism are a 10+. We had an issue with sewer drain and B&L came out quickly, evaluated issue and fixed quickly and at a great price. Showed up when they said, gave estimate and stayed with it. Here's the kicker ... We messed up and called someone else 1st. They quoted us $1000's, yes multiple, more. B&L has a customer for life! Thanks Billy, Jason and Junior!!!!!!

I like it when a company calls and asks if it is OK to start the appointment earlier than scheduled.
