Tom and his crew were outstanding from the start. Allen worked with the insurance company for our roof and gutters, the installation of our new James Hardie siding was perfection. All three crews were friendly and respectful, they performed their jobs with meticulous dedication. Tom suggested trimming the windows and doors and we love the way it looks. The house was built in 2004 with Certainteed siding which doesn’t come close to the quality of the James Hardie siding. We love our new exterior!!!!

**UPDATED** Allen Roofing & Siding contacted me & did the right thing after my original review (which I have posted below) They corrected everything that was wrong & met my standards. Thank you, for reaching out and making this right. Terrible experience with Allen Roofing & Siding in Ellisville, MO. They did my roof after hail damage and completely botched the drip edge install. I sent clear photos showing the issue to Jake, my salesman/contractor, and instead of owning the mistake, he argued with me and claimed it was fine — completely dismissing my concerns. They subcontracted the work and Jake seemed more interested in defending their sloppy work than helping me. He acted like I was the problem for pointing it out. Only after I told him I wasn’t paying did he finally send one guy out two weeks later to do a quick patch job to make it look halfway decent. Jake also assured me he’d handle a lot of the legwork between us and the insurance company — especially when it came to getting coverage for the gutters and fascia — if I signed the contract to do the roof with them. That never happened. He completely failed to follow through on that promise. At this point, I don’t even know if the roof itself was done properly. If this is how they handle obvious mistakes, I have zero confidence in the rest of the job. Poor workmanship, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Stay far away.

We first worked with Allen Roofing and Siding about 10 years ago when they replaced our roof after hail damage, and that experience went very well. So when we recently needed another full roof replacement, they were the first company we contacted — and once again, the service was outstanding. Our initial contact this time was with Sam, who guided us through every step of the process. He helped us coordinate with our insurance company, explained what needed to be repaired, and assisted during the insurance inspection to ensure all the damage was properly documented. Thanks to his thoroughness, everything was accounted for, and we were able to move forward quickly — especially impressive given how many homes in our area had storm damage. The installation crew was excellent. They were efficient, professional, and did high-quality work from start to finish. The roof looks fantastic, and the clean-up was thorough. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Allen Roofing and Siding for anyone needing roof repairs or a full roof replacement.

Blake at Allen Roofing was excellent to work with from start to finish. I got several quotes after a recent storm, and they worked with me on options, making sure I worked within the insurance claim details, adjusted schedules to get things done more quickly. Their install team was efficient, polite and did great work. cannot recommend highly enough.

Allen roofing was outstanding to work with since our roof was damaged from wind losing some shingles. I had other roofing companies check my roof and were only interested a full replacement job. Christian Beebe went out of his way to provide over the top customer service. They did an excellent job on my roof and I highly recommend Allen roofing because they are honest and the provide excellent service.

The siding has wrinkled, warped, and pulled away from the house (pieces are falling off in several different REMOVEDwas installed Fall 2019 and we started noticing it was pulling away from the house 2023. We attempted to get it corrected and the company advised that it was not their issue. We have had other people look at the problem, and they have stated that this is an INSTALL issue! The siding was not installed properly and is now falling off with even the slightest breeze! There has not been any harsh weather to cause this issue and this is happening in more than one side of the house.
