Buckner’s Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing

Daniel did a great job installing our new Lennox furnace and A/C. We couldn't be more pleased with his efficiency and professionalism. We also appreciate the time he took explaining the systems' features and options. We would not hesitate to recommend Buckner's to anyone needing heating and A/C services.

Requested same-day service for heating repair on a Saturday morning at 8 AM, and had Austin at my house by 9:45 AM with ample communication letting me know as much ahead of time. Austin was great! Turns out our heating issue was a simple fuse blowing, but he double checked amperage throughout the system to help troubleshoot if we were at risk of having the issue again. He was nice to chat with and made the repair process smooth. Pricing was reasonable as well—of course it would’ve been cheaper had I identified the issue myself since it was an easy fix, but having it resolved quickly and efficiently with the extra checks on the back end was worth it. Thanks for making it easy and getting the heat back up and running on this chilly January morning.

Jacob K was wonderful! Cannot say enough good things! He showed up on time and notified us by text just before he arrived which included a picture of himself. That was a thoughtful extra Buckner does which if I was home alone would be very reassuring. Thank u! Jacob was courteous when he arrived and very knowledgeable about our heating/cooling system. He also was very patient and answered our questions and gave us some good tips on how to improve efficiency. Buckner, thank you for the wonderful service and attention to detail! Not enough stars to rate appropriately!!! And the price was super reasonable!!!

Mayrel did an outstanding job from start to finish. She helped me select the right replacement toilets, making sure I got exactly what I needed, and then handled the installation flawlessly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Everything was installed perfectly and works great.
