Mr. Rooter Plumbing of St. Louis

Kirkwood Plumbing / Mr. Rooter came out promptly to repair our failed lateral line right before Christmas. They moved quickly to restore functional sewage drainage and had us in working order for the holiday. Very professional and extremely efficient. I would hire them again. I was extremely happy with the service I received and Bradley, was exceptional. Explained everything and pricing. Since I am I member, the service call was waived, even on a Saturday. I’m installing a new washer and the faucets were leaking and they needed to be repaired ASAP in order to prevent any further damage. I called on a Friday night and they were here on Saturday. The pricing was fair and I am very happy with the service. I am so glad I became a member.

We had a leak in our upstairs bathroom. Called Mr. Rooter and got an appointment for the next day. Dillion showed up, checked out a few things and said he was going to get the thermal image guy over to take a look. Curtis came by and reassured us there was no water pooling in the ceiling or in the walls. They traced the issue to the porcelain throne’s flange being too low. Now, I like tinkering with stuff but it would’ve taken me the rest of my life to figure that out. So was the bill high? Not when you add in their expertise, tech tools, and labor. I also factor in how friendly and polite they were. I once ate at a place called Mr. Steak do I’m dubious about a company with a “Mr.” In their name. Not any more! These guys were excellent and they’ve earned my recommendation.

Brandon was excellent. I called due to sewer back in my cast iron pipes while doing laundry. Brandon did run the camera cable line through the pipe & cleaned it out so much better than the company I had a month before. He took the time to explain the choices I have moving forward.

When I called I asked for a price quote. The person that answered phone told me it would be $56 for service call and they then could give me a price. I informed them that is fine but I would not be home but O would have someone over 18 at my home and BEFORE the did work have tech call me and tell me the cost of job. I was never contacted by them and they proceeded to do job with my permission. After not hearing from them I called my brother in law and asked if I could talk to technician . He said they left already. I asked if they left an estimate on work. He said no they finished. I asked him how much was it ? He replied $585 and he put it on his debit/credit card..
