I would give Kirkwood Plumbing 10 stars if more were aveilable! I had an emergency (floor drain backed up into basement) on a Saturday that needed remediation immediately. 2 other companies couldn't get anyone out until Monday. I found Kirkwood plumbing via a Google search. They had a technician out in under 2 hours!!!. BRANDON SMITH WAS AWESOME!!! He identified the problem, cleared out the tree roots and debris, and the water from the basement cleared out quickly. I mentioned I had a running toilet. Brandon fixed that too! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this company and I did not have to take out a 2nd mortgage to cover the costs! Very reasonable for a Saturday emergency call!❤️❤️❤️ I will be using Kirkwood Plumbing from here on out. Shhhh.. don't tell them... I now need them to figure out why I don't get water to my upstairs bathroom sink.

The plumber Miles arrived promptly and performed the repair of the battery backup of my home's Sump pump. His work was very clean and professional. I expected a lower fee but truly have no clue of the range for this repair cost as back-up Sump pump repairs are very infrequent occurrences!

We just had Brandon come and clean out a drain pipe for our washing machine. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon. Very professional and helpful. He is a credit to your business. Your company (and hopefully Brandon) will now be who we go to for our plumbing issues. We were looking for a new plumbing company after a bad experience with another company and I am so glad we found you, thanks to Brandon!

I had an emergency sump pump issue on a Saturday. They sent someone out within a few hours. Dylan was so knowledgeable and explained in detail what happened. I will definitely use them again! Thank you!!!

We drilled through a pipe trying to hang something on a Friday night. Fixed it to get us through the weekend but that decide to stop holding Saturday night. They came out on a Sunday and fixed it quickly. They were all super nice!
